Amazon review automation workflow
Follow this page to set up order listing, marketplace filters, Amazon credentials, system settings, and automated review request cron jobs.
Step-by-step flow
- Order listing: Find the order, apply the marketplace filter, and use the order row’s Action column to view status and buttons.
- Manual actions: Use the Send button to dispatch a review request immediately for an eligible order.
- Amazon credentials: Connect and authenticate your Amazon account so the system can fetch orders securely.
- Settings: Configure account behavior, marketplace listing, target orders, channel type, and schedule timing.
- Automation: Enable automated review requests and keep the cron jobs running on schedule.
Purpose
Automatically send feedback requests to Amazon for eligible orders. This reduces manual overhead and helps every valid order receive a timely request.
