5 Essential Steps

01Order listing:

Find the order, apply the marketplace filter, and use the order row’s Action column to view status and buttons.

02Manual actions:

Use the Send button to dispatch a review request immediately for an eligible order.

03Amazon credentials:

Connect and authenticate your Amazon account with the system so order fetching and feedback requests are authorized.

04Settings:

Configure schedule timing, select order status triggers, and choose target items.

05Automated cron:

Schedule automated order fetching and feedback request dispatching cron jobs.
