This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for ReviewSnapp paid plans.

Monthly billing

Starter and Growth plans are billed monthly in USD. You may cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

If you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days and we will review the charge.
Unused review-request quota does not roll over and is not refundable as cash credit.
Custom Scale quotes follow the terms agreed in your proposal or invoice.
