Service description

ReviewSnapp helps Amazon FBA sellers automate buyer review requests. Access is subject to manual approval. Features, quotas, and pricing depend on your selected plan.

Seller responsibilities

• Provide accurate business and contact information during registration.
• Comply with Amazon's policies for messaging and review solicitation.
• Keep Seller Central access limited to authorized team members.
• Use the service only for lawful, policy-compliant outreach.

Accounts & approval

Submitting a form does not guarantee access. We may approve, reject, suspend, or terminate accounts that appear fraudulent, abusive, or non-compliant.

Sent status

Review requests are marked Sent when they leave ReviewSnapp. Amazon does not return acknowledgments for opens or posted reviews, and we do not represent otherwise.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReviewSnapp and Ctas Info Services are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including marketplace policy actions by Amazon.
